Who I am

This site is operated by Tony.

When you enquire or purchase an audit, I may collect your name, email address, website URL, and intake responses, including business goals, typical deal size or ACV, and competitors.

Why I use your information

• To deliver ordered audits: Processing your business data is strictly necessary to fulfill and deliver the diagnostic work you requested.
• Fraud prevention & site security: Relying on legitimate interests to protect my checkout and API endpoints against malicious traffic and bot attacks.
• Service protection: Monitoring platform performance and preventing abuse of my free and paid services.

Third-party processors

I use Stripe for payments, Upstash for rate limiting and security, Make.com for workflow automation, Brevo for transactional emails, and Google Workspace for internal audit delivery.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@tonygibbs.co.uk. I will respond in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
