Services
Tony provides asynchronous conversion diagnostics: The Lightning Audit at £750 and The Thunder Audit at £2,450.
Delivery
Diagnostics are delivered asynchronously within the timeframe specified during purchase or sprint selection.
Refunds and cancellations
Except as expressly provided by The Strike Guarantee described on this website, all fees are non-refundable once work on the diagnostic deliverable has commenced. Under The Strike Guarantee, a full refund may be issued if the audit is not delivered by 6pm on the final day of the sprint.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the business materials you provide. Tony retains ownership of proprietary audit frameworks and grants you an irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered recommendations and reports.
Limitation of liability
Diagnostics are advisory. Recommendations do not guarantee specific monetary results, revenue outcomes, or business performance.
